Christine Yeannakis, M.A.
Christine Yeannakis is an Educational Specialist; she began performing educational and psycho-educational evaluations in 2002. Ms. Yeannakis has been an academic tutor in private practice since 1997 and an adjunct assistant professor of psychology at Northern Virginia Community college since 2011. She has considerable preschool and elementary classroom teaching experience and has directed a variety of educational programs. Ms. Yeannakis also served as an administrator of public mental health and mental retardation programs in the City of Alexandria, Virginia.
Ms. Yeannakis holds a Master’s degree in Education, with a specialty in Reading and Learning Disabilities from Catholic University. She completed all requirements for the Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, with the exception of the dissertation. She finished her BA degree in elementary education at the Washington International College, having earned most of her undergraduate credits at George Washington University.
Carly Blackstone, Psy.D.
Carly Blackstone is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Parent Coordinator who treats children, adolescents, adults and families in Maryland, Virginia and D.C. Dr. Blackstone first began performing educational and psycho-educational evaulations in 2004. In addition to her private practice, Dr. Blackstone is the Director of the UPO DC Superior Courts Office of Parent Coordination.
Dr. Blackstone received her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Indiana University. She received a Doctorate in Psychology from George Washington University in 2005.
